Cleo, from womens wear had no idea on how to count to $265 cash and I do mean - no idea. Watching her count my hard earn money was discussing. All in $20 bills she got lost after $60, after the third time I had to count the money out to her. I should have rip her off $205 she wouldn't have known the difference. She didn't know how to look up another product in another store. She told me she will wrap my garments up in paper then didn't have any. Scanned my products on 2 different computers and the second computer didn't work so had to do it again. I was about to walk out, when she remarked" you don't have to talk to me like that". She doesn't understand that I am the customer. Useless, hopeless. Unfair that I was treated so badly. I am the paying customer. Sack her immediately. That's the problem with these young ones. They are so precious and they think that we should compensate for these inability. But some idiot hire her. Sack that person as well. It's Myers, class is their middle name. Well at lease it use to be.

I had help from Leah in the purfume dept and she was so amazing! She went out of her way to find the perfect purfume for a girls birthday and was so lovely & helpful! Thank you so much Leah!!!

Lucky for me yesterday when I returned a kitchen item, BRAD was free to action my request. I always look for him to serve me, but he's usually busy (probably because he's so popular with customers)! Each time I shop at Myer I am super impressed with the likes of Brad and also with CALEB. Caleb is very efficient and serves you with a smile. These two knowledgeable and most professional employees are a true asset to Myer TOWNSVILLE.

Typical Myer store. Huge selection of clothing for all genders assignments and age groups from bubs to ancient old farts like me! Helpful staff.

SALE ON NOWNot too many Myer stores left in Queensland. This one is situated on Ross river road and Nathan street. It has everything you need for home and everything else you can think of. Spend the afternoon browsing and just looking for the that hard to find gift. You sure to find it here. Cheers big ears

So big, find it hard as not all areas have a staff member, so not always sure who to see. Understandable as staffing difficult. Thankfully, staff kept an eye out and came across when they were free. Surprised as shoes were on special, though I didn't know that till i went and paid, so what a bargain! Pictures show them, well worn shoes already and oh so comfortable 😄

Pretty good. Got every thing you would expect in a myers store. Thought, No one helping at Dior or YSL make up counters. YSL was pretty bare must be moving it on.

Purchased dinner sets from myer in store. Enza could not have been more helpful and If you need anything in the dinner ware, can highly recommend. Enza was fantastic and great service
